Pollution and protection of hydraulic oil

1. The reasons why hydraulic oil is polluted are mainly in the following aspects:

(1) the sand, chips, abrasives, welding slag, rust flakes, dust and other dirt in the pipes and hydraulic components of the hydraulic system are not cleaned before the system is used. When the hydraulic system is working, these dirt enter the hydraulic oil

(2) external dust, sand, etc. enter the hydraulic oil through the reciprocating telescopic piston rod and the oil leakage flowing back to the oil tank during the working process of the hydraulic system. In addition, dust, lint, etc. will enter the hydraulic oil if you don't pay attention to it. For hydraulic components, as these solid particles enter the components, the sliding part of the components will be worn more seriously, and the throttle hole and damping hole in the hydraulic components may be blocked, or the valve element may be stuck, resulting in the failure of the hydraulic system. The mixing of water and air reduces the lubricating capacity of hydraulic oil, accelerates its oxidation and deterioration, produces cavitation, accelerates the corrosion of hydraulic components, and makes the hydraulic system vibrate and crawl

3. Measures to prevent pollution

in order to prevent oil pollution, the following measures should be taken in actual work:

(1) keep the hydraulic oil clean before use. Hydraulic oil will be polluted by the outside world in the process of transportation and storage. The newly bought hydraulic oil looks very clean, but it is actually very "dirty". It must be put into the hydraulic system after being filtered for use after a few days

(2) keep the hydraulic system clean after assembly and before operation. The hydraulic components must be cleaned in the process of processing and assembly. The hydraulic system should be thoroughly cleaned after assembly and before operation. It is best to clean it with the oil used in the work of the system. During cleaning, the oil tank must be sealed except for the vent hole (with dust cover), and the seals must not have fins and burrs

(3) make the hydraulic oil regenerate in the work. The advantages of the plastic granulator also make it continue to develop and keep clean. The hydraulic oil will be polluted by the environment during the working process, so try to prevent the invasion of air and moisture during the work.
